Working with KRQ
Good questions.
Clear answers.
What we do, how we work, and what to expect before we get started.
What does K.R.eative Queue do?+
K.R.eative Queue connects brand strategy, website design, business systems, and practical AI consulting. We help businesses clarify their message, improve their digital presence, and organize the work behind it.
Who will I work with?+
You work directly with co-founders Ke'ren Lopez and Russell Lopez. Ke'ren brings creative direction and operational experience; Russ brings strategy, business development, and technical implementation. Both partners help connect the plan to the work.
Do you only work with businesses in Dallas–Fort Worth?+
KRQ has DFW roots and works with businesses beyond the area. We establish how we will communicate, review work, and collaborate at the start of each project.
Can we start with one specific problem?+
Yes. Start with a website, brand message, intake process, or another focused need. We define the scope around the problem and identify any related work that needs to happen first.
Can you improve our existing website?+
Yes. We first review its content, mobile experience, technical setup, and what visitors need to do. That helps us decide together whether targeted improvements or a rebuild make more sense.
What are the seven layers of your website approach?+
We look at strategy and messaging; brand and design; usability and accessibility; performance and security; search and answer readiness; forms and business connections; and measurement and handoff. The project scope defines the specific work in each layer.
Do you help with website copy and branding?+
Yes. We can connect positioning, page structure, website copy, visual direction, and content systems. You do not need a finished brand or perfect copy before we talk.
What do SEO, GEO, and AEO mean?+
SEO helps search engines discover and understand a website. GEO and AEO describe making information useful to generative search and answer tools. Our work focuses on clear service information, helpful answers, crawlable pages, accurate structured data, and consistent business details.
Can you guarantee rankings or AI recommendations?+
No. Search engines and AI tools decide what they show. We can improve the underlying content and technical setup, then measure available results. We do not promise a particular ranking, citation, or number of leads.
Will my website work well on a phone?+
Mobile usability is part of the build: readable content, usable navigation, touch-friendly controls, and tested forms. Motion should respect reduced-motion preferences, and important information should remain available without animation.
Can you connect forms to our business tools?+
Yes. We can scope connections for inquiries, intake, email notifications, scheduling, and follow-up. We check what your existing tools support and test the agreed flow before handoff.
How do you use AI in a project?+
We start with the task and the people doing it. AI may help with repeatable work, research preparation, content workflows, or internal resources. We agree on what information is appropriate to use and where human review is required.
Can you help our team use the systems you build?+
Yes. Documentation, practical training, and a clear handoff can be included in the scope. The goal is a process your team understands and can maintain.
How long does a project take?+
Timing depends on the scope, content, integrations, and review schedule. We agree on milestones and responsibilities before work begins, including what we need from your team.
Do you offer support after launch?+
Yes. Ongoing updates, content work, and system improvements can be scoped based on what you need. We clarify what is included at handoff and what requires a separate support agreement.
What should I send to start a conversation?+
Tell us about your business, what you want to improve, and any deadline you are working toward. A current website or a short description of the problem is enough to begin. Please leave sensitive personal information out of the inquiry form.
