K.R.eative Queue uses the name, email address, business name, and message you submit to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Please do not send confidential records or sensitive personal information through this form.

How information is handled

Our website and inquiry endpoint are hosted by Netlify, which processes technical information needed to operate and protect the site. When you submit an inquiry, our server checks the fields and sends your name, email, optional business name, and message through Resend to hello@kreativequeue.com. Your email is used as the reply-to address so we can respond directly. Our current form does not save submissions to Netlify Forms. We do not add you to a marketing list just because you contact us, and we do not sell inquiry information.

This site does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics. Hosting and email providers may keep operational logs. We keep inquiry details as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable obligations.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for this check. Our server sends the verification token to Cloudflare before forwarding your inquiry; it does not send your name, email or message to Cloudflare for verification. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. If the check is unavailable, you can email us directly.
